The liquid-cooled battery container has a nominal energy capacity of 2.44MWh, with a lifespan of over 10,000 cycles; it is an all-in-one design integrated battery pack, EMS, PCS, and other accessories, in a 20-foot container, with liquid cooling method, extremely safe and reliable. High safety: precise PACK-level fire protection, real-time fire detection, reserved water fire protection interface, multi-level safety strategy. Multi-scenario application: supports multiple application scenarios such as peak shaving, demand side response, emergency standby, etc. High reliability: high-quality battery cells from leading manufacturers, system-level verification, intelligent thermal management system, IP54 protection level. Intelligent platform: distributed access, unified management, providing an intelligent monitoring and management platform, supporting the use of mobile and web apps. The new system is based on a highly integrated and easy-to-install 20-foot container, housing high-capacity sodium-ion batteries: Total nominal capacity: 2.441 MWh Battery configuration: 12 clusters, each consisting of 8 battery packs of 163Ah/3V (52 cells in series) System voltage range: from 624V ~ 1,435.2V Nominal discharge power: 1 MW (0.5P) Cooling system: liquid, with temperature control between 18°C and 23°C Full container weight: 34T Sodium-ion cell performance Each cell offers: Nominal capacity: 160Ah Nominal voltage: 3V Maximum discharge current: 1C Life cycle: 10,000 cycles with 70% residual capacity Operating temperature range: from -40 ~ 80°C Advanced management system (BMS) The Heiwit BESS is equipped with a multi-layer BMS with distributed architecture, which monitors: Voltages and temperatures of individual cells. State of charge (SOC) and state of health (SOH) in real time. Charge/discharge current and ground isolation The system is equipped with CAN, RS485, Ethernet communication and supports standard protocols such as Modbus and IEC61850, ensuring maximum interoperability. Fire protection and safety Our system adopts a multi-level protection strategy: Automatic fire suppression aerosols on each battery pack. Complete gas extinguishing in case of advanced fire.
