High energy density integrated system: this energy storage system adopts a modular design concept, integrating a sodium-ion battery system, electrical system with energy storage converter, energy management system, fire protection system, and thermal management system into a single integrated cabinet. This allows for a significant increase in energy density, saves valuable floor space, and facilitates easy installation and deployment.
Modular design: a design approach that divides a system into functional modules for easy assembly, maintenance, and expansion. Flexible power and capacity: this product uses 210Ah aluminum shell sodium-ion cells, with a nominal capacity of 100kWh and a charge/discharge power of 50kW. It supports parallel expansion of multiple independent energy storage cabinets, allowing capacity expansion from 100kWh to 1MWh. In addition, it allows flexible configuration of power options of 25kW or 50kW (corresponding to 0.25 P and 0.5 P energy storage application scenarios), meeting different energy storage and power regulation requirements. Advanced intelligent thermal management system: equipped with an MC30HDNC1A air conditioning system, this energy storage system employs an upward air supply design, along with intelligent temperature control units and professional dehumidification features. This ensures a suitable temperature and humidity environment inside the system, enabling stable battery system operation within a temperature range of -10°C to +45°C and further improving the reliability and lifespan of the system. Comprehensive safety protection system: the system is equipped with composite detectors and a non-pressurized perfluorohexanone fire extinguishing device, enabling early detection of the thermal characteristics of battery runaway and proactive fire extinguishing during alarm information uploading. Combined with circuit breakers, relays, fuses, and other components integrated inside the high-voltage box, this establishes a multi-layer safety protection system, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the system.
